
The main open air restaurant with a high vaulted roof is located on the ground floor, overlooking the central lotus covered pond. The food, cooked over traditional wood fires and clay pots, giving it the unique flavour of authentic village-cooked food and served in traditional clay pots, adheres to a strict standard of 100% natural ingredients. The buffet consists of a variety of traditional and international dishes that comply with our Ayurveda philosophy. No artificial beverages or alcohol are served. Every food item is labelled to match the dietary needs and customized treatment package of each guest.
